### Unfortunatly the link I posted for this post is now dead (Ihave learnt not to trust yahoo news links) The story was about a man who took his terminally ill wife to Switzerland so she could elect to be ethenized. The courts issued an injunction to prevent her from travelling, but this was later repealled. Police, who have prosecuted surviving relatives in similar situation before (for assisting a suicide), were considering if they should arrest the husband on his return to the UK. ###
